Dr. Mervin Low is a gifted and talented award winning Fellowship trained Plastic Surgeon known for his innovation, attention to detail and commitment to excellence. He received his Undergraduate Education at the premier top ranked Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, BC.  He attended Medical School at the prestigious top ranked University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC.

Dr. Mervin Low completed Plastic Surgery Residency Training at the outstanding University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, MB.  He then completed a Breast and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Fellowship at the elite Georgetown University in Washington, DC and an Asian and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Fellowship at the world famous University of Hawaii Plastic Surgery Center of the Pacific in Honolulu, HI. These prestigious fellowships were directed by world renowned master Plastic Surgeons who innovated and changed the way Breast, Asian and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery is performed worldwide today.

Dr. Mervin Low is a national expert in the science of Wound Healing and Complex Wound Repair and the Editor of the recently published ground breaking six volume Advanced Wound Care textbook Recent Clinical Techniques, Results and Research in Wounds. He has also published articles and textbook chapters on Wound Healing, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Breast Surgery and Body Contouring Surgery. He has been invited to speak at national Plastic Surgery symposiums and conferences. He was selected to join the medical editorial review boards of prestigious university hospitals and a national patient education website for Plastic Surgery and Wound Healing.
